Food was ok, first time at KFC so no real comparison. But the state of the place was *very* bad. We arrived at approximately 10pm. There was 1 other company present in the whole restaurant when we arrived. At least 4 people working in the kitchen. Several tables strewn with fries, used napkins, ketchup spills. The floor a mess. No soap by the sinks, no hand drying paper, no napkins. Asked for refills but nothing happend during the time we were still in the restaurant, approx 40 minutes. The waste bin was standing "in the open" by the trash-station with flies swarming when putting something in. The "hatch" where I imagine you throw the trash usually, was covered by a tray, I checked inside and there was no garbage bag underneath so I guess that's why they put the trash-bin out in the restaurant instead. It said on a sign by the waste station that they are using re-usable cups for beverages, and someone had put a paper cup upside down in the plastic stand for dirty glasses. I really hope they are not re-using the *papercups* and servering to customers but one of our cups were a bit dented so after seing that signt, it wouldn't surprise me. There were no "table tents" by the self-service machines so we just inserted a "1" and told them what they would probably be able to keep track of us since we were now the only guests present. They were stacked on some other tables in an area of the restaurant that they had sealed off (from one side) with a couple of chairs and a mop. It wasn't cleaned either so it probably wasn't because it was late at night and they had prepared for closing (2 hours later) For some reason, there is a sign saying "Cash only" at the register, meaning that if you have problems with ordering at the self-service station, but still want to pay with card, the staff has to come and help you by the screens, instead of you just placing your order with them and paying with credit card like at most establishments in this day and age. As said, the food was ok, although fries a bit small, we thought we had gotten the wrong thing since M-size were McDonalds S-size, i.e. a small paperbag rather then the cardboard "cup". They really, really have to shape up the state of the restaurant if we are to consider a new visit.
