    Rented two different rooms. First one was cheaper and bigger. The bed had hair under the mattress as well as the pillow covers and duvets, there were many flies and the windows were very dirty and had spiders. The second room was more expensive and from the pictures when booking it you would expect it would be big but no. It was much much smaller than the first room I booked which makes no sense. Again, it was dirty with hair under the mattress, two very small pillows which are usually for the living room, mold in the bathroom and the shower head was broken which resulted in falling on my head when I was taking a shower. Also, the door wouldn’t close properly if you didn’t shut it very loud. Of course like they state there is no staff around most of the day but they two people who I have seen there working seem friendly. The laundry is beyond disgusting, the machines smell very bad, they are not working properly and one of them was leaking water all the days I was there. If you can, don’t use them. The rooms absolutely need more cleaning. It’s disgusting to not clean the beds from previous tenants. For a few days it’s a fine accommodation to stay at since the location is very good as well.

    We booked apartments in advance on booking. Paid for 3 people. Arrived - one double bed. Where to sleep the child is not clear. We call the Foren support service, they tell us that everything is in order. 3 days they called in Forenom and Booking only then they gave a room with three beds. accommodation of a third person in another place is not compensated, the cost of mobile communications in roaming is not compensated. Not a single living person ever came out. No one even tried to solve our problem. First time encountered this. In addition, these apartments were highly rated either by those who lived in them for free, or by the owners themselves. There is black mold in the showers (photos are available), a sofa with a tattered and stained mattress. This is an apartment for those who need to spend the night very cheaply and still need to be careful and check if you can live in them. Again !!! there is no one on site to talk to and solve the problems that have arisen. We were only given a different room because our daughter came and speaks Swedish. Separate check-in at 16-00. They must be released at 11.00 (beyond this time, the door code simply will not work and it is impossible to enter) It's unseen!!! Grade 3. No more!

    bed bugs! I woke up covered in bug bites and every description I can find matches exactly with bed bugs. I called the customer service number and they told me they didn't have any protocol and I should send an email but they didn't know if or when I would get a response. I sent an email to there customer support and have not heard anything in over 2 days. So if you stayed here around or after 6/20/23 you may be bringing an unexpected souvenir home. Rum: infested with what seem to be bed bugs Viktiga detaljer: the only place I have ever woken up covered in bug bites, presumably from bed bugs.

    Room code was not working so I had to go around the building to the back entrance in order to enter. We reserved a 3 person room but there was no soap and blankets/towels were enough for 2 people only. After contacting customer service, we were told that they would provide us with the necessary items for our accommodation but they never came. There is no reception and no one on-site to speak with if you have any emergency. Kitchen sink was broken and was leaking water all over the tabletop.
