Good hotel centrally located near Times Square, Penn Station and subway connections.
Although the rooms are small, the facilities are modern, with a good restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. A friendly front desk staff is responsive and welcomes arriving guests with warm cookies and help with storing baggage until rooms are available.

Downgraded since prior
Location and price are the only virtues. i guess you get what you pay for. rooms are in poor shape...smoke smell, noisy a/c fan, worn upholstery, spotted carpets. no mini bar or room service. Check in and check out can have queue. It\'s about what i would expect from a two star hostel.

Good but could be a lot better
Booked this hotel because a friend was already staying there. Didn\'t mind the location because we have stayed there before. However, the room at this hotel was very small, especially compared to the other hotel we stayed at in the area. Was not a place to spend any time except for sleeping. Also, construction on the street made it very unpleasant to walk down the street to the hotel and noisy. Not really a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff also gave poor information on directions.
