The amount of hassle I have had with this company is beyond belief! Think very long and hard before you switch to Zzoomm. You can never get the relevant department call backs are promised they rarely happen so many false promises. Internet goes down you get promised a call back you will have to keep calling nobody calls you back! The whole Zzoomm setup is an absolute shambles customer service is by far tge worst i have ever experienced in any company. Be aware do not switch to this company your life will be hell

Harassment company, they worked outside my house a rep knocked on my door 4 times to apparently tell me they will be working in my area but that was a there excuse you talking to me they just wanted you know who my current provider was to then sat on they atent very good are they and i bet your pay £30+ i said no one had no issues and pay £18pm plus get other discounts. They said oh and left, I've had at least 20 leaders pushed through my door and yesterday i had an addressed (no name just house number) with there spam inside trying to promote there sales to try and draw you in when they are a actually lot more expensive than any other conpany after 3 months. They are already showing poor skills in the way they block streets off at a time to do nothing. Will never even think about going with this scam company!

If i could give them 0 i would. Absolutely shocking service. We rang to set up zzoomm internet after THEY posted a flyer through OUR door to say the were providing internet in the area. After paying £55 to cancel our current provider we had to wait 3 weeks of them moving the goal posts because they were waiting for an engineer. The engineer was booked to come today and phoned this morning to inform us they wont be able to provide us with internet. Thats £55 down the drain and now we are having to find a new provider. To make matters worse my partner works from home, so this has been hectic. The customer service is shocking. If you live in Cheshire DO NOT switch to zzoommm you will end up regretting it! They clearly stated on the phone that they can NOT provide internet in the area. This is despite them advertising that they can online and on flyers

Terrible internet - always cutting out in Norton Canes - every evening and at random - today we have a total outage with red lights on the router - called 4 times over the past 4 hours promised a call back - nothing - now they are closed! Avoid these clowns!

Just had these installed after trying talk talk and 3 they both where rubbish couldn't even sort out an issue for a month zzoomn came straight away setup in same day ultra fast fantastic internet previous reviews don't reflect how good these really are really friendly down to earth team to talk to if any issues too.
