Can’t praise this company enough. Big shout out to Sam.. my experience was like a Craig David song.. spoke to Sam on Thursday, Chose the car by Friday. Matthew read my t&c by the evening and the finance was agreed with Wendy by Saturday and on Monday I agreed delivery with the car dealership! Car arrived by Thursday (today). I’m over the moon. Had a finance exactly 5 weeks ago. Vehicle started having problems, Zuto asked for diagnostic which I did at my own expense. They are telling you that Customer Care team will contact you 24-48 hours which at the date of this review I am waiting for over a week. No other phone numbers apart from the sales one( I believe that once customer and forever idiot). Very quick in terms of applications , sending funds and collecting vehicle depends on the Dealership availability. Problem is the "trusted" dealerships are not as trusted as you think as they are blaming the customer for the issues of their vehicles. If you don't stress in your life , stay away.

I purchased a vehicle using Zuto/Blue Motor Finance on 24th October 2022. Zuto Finance promised that all their vehicles were of good quality used stock. The vehicle came with a two month inital warranty from the garage which is Central Scotland Car Sales. During the first two months, the vehicle had to be returned to the garage twice – once for a noise coming from the brakes and secondly for an electrical issue which caused the rear wiper to stop functioning. Everything seemed to be going well for the first few months however not long after the two month warranty had expired, it became clear that this vehicle was not as good as it had first appeared. All four tyres on the vehicle were cracking very badly at the edges and for safety reasons, all four tyres were replaced at a cost of £300 on February 28th 2023 which was the first time I was able to raise money to afford to replace all four tyres. At the beginning of April 2023 - The rear wiper began to come on as soon as you turned the ignition on. The Bluetooth has stopped working. The odometer is constantly flashing the mileage. It wouldn't start at all today and the message was warning of low fuel although the vehicle was just filled up. The car let me down on several occasions with a flat battery that just would not recharge or hold any kind of charge at all. I had to spend the amount of £120 on a new battery for the car. In less than six months of owning this “quality used car”, I have had to pay out the total sum of £650 in new tyres, new battery, diagnostics and wiring repairs (which were meant to have been fixed the first time within the two month warranty). The vehicle has a faulty CTM module/Telematic Module which the finance company claim is a matter of general wear and tear, however electrical issues were highlighted on the vehicle within two months of owning the car and this matter has not been resolved or fixed. The matter is now going to proceed to the Financial Ombudsman as Central Car Sales Scotland, Zuto Finance and Blue Motor Finance have all said that they will not repair the vehicle or reimburse the unacceptable costs I have had to pay out within six months of owning the vehicle. I would not recommend any of these companies if you wish to have a good quality used car.

No matter what car I wanted they found a reason to say no and offered a more expensive alternative. After every phone call I felt as if the were on purposely pushing me to use the full amount of credit as possible. As if it was something they are forced to do to gain more commission. I mean they was helpful and offered me finance where other didn’t, but I was try to go for an affordable car for me, not something that would create more money for them. I can see this company on the list of companies having to pay back money really soon.
