I would not recommend Zuma London, it was disappointing. We arrived and there were missing dishes from the menu. We ordered a dish that ended up at another table altogether. The waiter apologized, but the dish never reached us, and the waiter said the kitchen had closed without preparing it, so we wouldn't receive the dish. Later, another waiter assured us that we could order desserts after the main course, but another waiter argued with us and said we couldn't order desserts because the kitchen had closed. Only after we called the waiter from the beginning were we able to order desserts, and we didn't receive anything for the whole evening. We ate at other branches and enjoyed them very much. This was relatively low-quality compared to Zuma. The price is too expensive for what we paid, we won't come back.

Previously ate at Zuma in Rome and had an excellent dinner. Ate here tonight and there was zero care put into our meal. All plates came out at once, which felt unusual for a sushi restaurant. Towards the end of our meal we noticed our server asking other tables being asked how they’d like their order coursed out, but that was never asked of us. After not being seen by our server for 40 minutes at the end of the meal, we finally flagged down a manager to help us get the bill. We had a lovely date but cannot give Zuma any credit for that. Definitely will not be back
