We have transferred our software to ALTO owned and supported by Zoopla. After 15 years with another company we were reticent to change with all the issues of data migration but we need not have worried or been concerned. From my first contact with Sharice, through to training with Grace and contact with Alf and Will (support) we have received a first class service from the whole team. Even when challenges arose, they were dealt with quickly and professionally. The Alto system is so user friendly every one of my staff members are delighted and we are no longer having to save things to umpteen folder, its all in one place. It has allowed Burgoynes to improve ours service to our clients who can log into Propertyfile and monitor how their sale/rental is proceeding. This is a superb marketing tool aswell. Baby steps at first but now we are flying. Thanks to the whole team for making the transition painless.

I have tried twice to explain that our house was valued at £788 and asked why now valued at £266K. It is a 4 bedroom detached house with £70k cart lodge and 7 acres of land. The Zoopla advert states the value is from £266 and below says: Value £790K in small print. I have had no reply. I am sure this must be misleading or fraudulent advertising.
