    Booked two weeks out from our event. They called on the night, two hours before pick up, to say they couldn’t fulfil the job then when they realised we’d booked so long ago said ‘consider yourself covered’. Then at the time of pick up they texted to say our ride was 25 mins away so we cancelled and got an Uber home. 15 mins later the driver called to say he was outside, but we were home by that time. Bad communication from the company - for us and the drivers fulfilling the jobs. Won’t use them again.
