They don't appear to be a real company that holds stock etc, rather they squat ontop of Cromwell Tools somehow and allow other companies to fulfill Zoro orders via direct shipping. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Received a overpriced Scriber made by Faithfull Tools which was faulty. Still waiting to see what will happen there. Also waiting for a Engineers square which is currently out of stock. Poor website, generally slow, product photos and information leave much to be desired.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have returned an item via tracked postage and provided an image of the delivery. However, the item has been lost or misplaced in the warehouse so they will not refund my account until the item has been found. How is this my fault? I will never shop again with a company with such a disrespectful attitude towards its customers.

Placed an order and phoned up 60 seconds later to say that I'd forgotten something and wanted to add it to the order. Cant be done. I have to cancel the order and re-order. Ok that's fine - can I cancel the order please. If only it was that simple. To cancel the order they have to contact the warehouse - and request to cancel. By email. 4 days later I get an answer - no, you can't cancel because it's too late - the order has been shipped. I will never buy from here again.

I have had an absolutely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. My order was delayed by 5+ days and there was absolutely no communication from the company as to why was this happening. I had to make multiple calls to the customer service and check on this. Despite continued efforts to keep a check, the company made no attempts at providing order status updates, which leaves you confused! My appreciation goes to the customer service team since they were polite and patient when dealing with a frustrated customer. The company otherwise does not keep up with its delivery promises and I was disappointed by their lack of timeliness and zero communication skills. As a customer, you will feel confused and in the end agitated for having ordered from them. Will never ever place another order from here and advice you all readers not to do so too. EDIT next day of writing the original review: The order comes late because of the warehouse team and now the accounts team decides to make my life miserable. If there was an option to give the company a negative 5, I would do it! The accounts department has been continually troubling me to recover payments from which I HAD ALREADY PAID! I received so many emails, all with WRONG order numbers and WRONG amounts that I never even shopped for from ZORO. The only good part about this company is their customer service team and their patience to deal many such frustrated customers. This company has gotten nothing together and they REALLY need to get their business sorted. This has been the MOST irritating, agitating, and frustrating shopping experience and I VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, they will ensure to make your life difficult in every way possible.

Purchased a norbar torque wrench 18 months ago. It stopped working after this time maybe used about 20 times to torque wheel nuts. Norbar wouldn’t do anything other than charge me £60 to repair to recalibrate. But zoro arranged to collect and replace the faulty one. 5star to zoro tools. 0 stars to norbar.

Been waiting 10 days now for a returns number before I can return an £180 item. Every time I call I get fobbed off with were waiting on our warehouse to give the returns number! Useless. Use Paypal if you have it so you at least have some help in getting your money back

Ordered something as simple as key tags, and shipment never arrived. Was told when contacting customer services, that they had been delivered, and heard nothing since. Have emailed repeatedly and had no response. Overall terrible experience, and definitely would not use again.
