don't waste your time if you're outside the London area, and if you book to hire a bike it won't be clear even if you put your postcode on the register (only london area) . they don't provide delivery so don't waste your time and money.

Zoomo bicycles are good. But, service centre at Fulham (London) provide very bad service. I have previously experienced that I have booked a service slot already but they take a long time for service, even they don't have a technician sometimes when I went for a service. Recently I face experience very poor because I have appointment on 10:30am but I am still waiting for my turn become after 2 hour.
