After initially being offered a place on her course, Ziggie Bergman and her staff have been repeatedly dismissive, obtuse and plain rude. She spent longer on the phone explaining to me why she didn't have time to sign a form (simply agreeing to be a provider for a DWP grant I had received to fund my attendance on her course) than it would have taken to actually fill the form in. I have since offered simply to pay for the training so she didn't have to trouble herself and after having several attempts to contact her batted away, have been told by an assistant there are 'NO spaces left on said course and she will not EVER be teaching it again'....this seems a bit extreme by any standard....I'm shocked by such unprofessional communications. It hurt to even give 1 star.

I found the course to be really practical to learn the skills necessary to produce truly relaxing treatments.When practicing on my case studies, both myself and the clients could see visible changes and benefits. When I tried the Bergmann method on them they all said very relaxing, so I decided to learn the Zone face lift with Ziggie and I never looked back. Very disappointed with course, there was not enough practice or teaching, we spent the whole morning on both days listening to Ziggie "waffling" on about herself and her zone face lift. Have attended much more thorough and better taught courses elsewhere - do not waste your money doing this course.

I have attended numerous holistic courses over the years and attended Ziggie Bergman's facial reflexology course this year. The day was very enjoyable, we were thought at a very calm steady pace, easy atmosphere for learning. Ziggie was very approachable and calm. Overall I came away having learnt so much and am now happily practising my facial reflexology. I would highly recomend this course if you are looking for something new. I can't wait to attend the facelift course in the next few months.
