Third zoki sauna in twenty years as i always leave them behind when moving this time an outdoor one. Fantastic service by a down to earth super friendly company every one from the boss to Tasha on sales and the two fitters who were excellent (sorry I didn't get your names) were superb and loaded with advice . Believe me I tried to save money and used a different company on my last sauna and it was a disaster which i regretted for 4 years so back to zoki and the quality and fitting is worth every penny they say you pay for what you get which isn't always the case I know but that is definitely the case with a zoki sauna. Don't bother going anywhere else these people are the real deal you will not be disappointed I can assure you.

I have had my Zoki Infra-red sauna for 7 years - we put it in storage for 6 months when we moved & it still works superbly well. The build quality & function are first class! The staff are also really friendly & helpful.. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. Health-wise the sauna has been a god send for my back & is great for relaxation generally.

I spent 25 years working for Finnish and other Nordic region banks and am, therefore, very familiar with sauna as an institution. Authenticity was, therefore, a crucial consideration when buying a sauna for home use. Having researched extensively, I concluded that Zoki fitted the bill on all counts, especially where build quality was concerned. I have not been disappointed. Really couldn't fault the process from start to finish. Very easy to order Zoki were incredibly patient with the preparation I had to have in place. The installation was quick (about 2-3 hours) and everything was clearly explained to me. The sauna was up and running shortly afterwards. The build quality is excellent and it would be fair to say that I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I have to say what an amazing experience from start to finish with Zoki, they have been fabulous! I have had my sauna installed this afternoon and I'm blow away with the quality its first class hopefully this will be good for my back problems fingers crossed. Zoki is reliable and reasonable in their price. The staff came on time on the agreed date and time to install the sauna . They finished the work within hours and the wooden sauna looks very nice. We are very happy with the work and service of Zoki and would recommend their service to other potential customers. The only thing is they should notify us earlier that we need to ask an electrician to set up a switch and an isolator as reliable electricians are hard to find nowadays.
