We have received a voucher of 175£ and a email saying that the photo session is free. We have got there and Zoe was taking our photos everything went well and she said to take everything as half price. When we went to choose the photos we have been charged full price including the photo session charge not fair. Want to mention it wasn't Zoe who have done this. Not professional, hair in the baby pictures no photo edit they had left the camera to do the "magic". 20 years of experience? Don't think so...They also kept the voucher even if it wasn't valid for some reason funny eh? Zoe was lovely but the other lady... i am speechless.
