5* service from a fantastic law firm. I initially met Ellie, who was very lovely and she explained the process to me, and who I would be liaising with going forward. I then dealt with Radhika and Shriya until the end. I have to say the service which I have received from the team has been fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for better. The communication has been better than expected, with regular updates and checkins from both Radhika and Shriya. I was struggling a little, Shriya, went above and beyond by clearing her diary so they she could be there with me at court to ensure I was ok. This is something that wasn’t expected but helped me immensely and I cannot thank her enough for doing this. ZMS and the team come highly recommended with their professionalism, empathy and compassion. I cannot thank them enough.

If I could give this firm lower than 1 star I would, they made my situation worse. Especially Naseema Akhtar, she made several promises she couldn't keep, came unprepared to the Interviews and poorly advised me. When I switched firms they asked me who advised me due to how poor it was. She was poorly organised called me THREE DAYS after my bail dated asking if I've attended. If you want a first class ticket to prison go with ZMS or if you want some fighting chance go elsewhere. You're simply a number not a person.

They've been brilliant. I changed over to ZMS cause my original solicitor was a nightmare & could never get hold of anyone. These have been really good, had quick responses with Jo Lang as my point of contact and my Barrister Ms Bakshi worked her magic & got what started as a recommendation of 8 years down to a suspended sentence! 100% would always use these in future.
