Shocking service. Sat down at 19.45pm at a table that was booked. Ordered 5 starters and 5 main meals. 20.35 the main meals arrive but no starters. They take the meals back and then say we didn't order any starters, to which we replied we did. They then start to cook the starters and bring them out at 20.50 and apologise for the fact that they 'lost' the starter order. Had to then wait for another goodness knows how long for the main meals. No one came to say what was happening and in the end at 21.15pm we walked out never to return! The food however, was lovely what we did actually have (starters). If you want deliveroo then it won't be a problem, they seem to get the takeaway orders out very quickly but 'forget' about the people sitting in the restaurant !!! Needless to say we won't be going back!

I'm never disappointed. Zizzi food is warm, hearty, and indulgent. Even delivered, it arrived as fresh and tasty as it would be if I was dining in. Presentation, too, is on point. They have their own signature touch. Calzone is filling and a delight to eat. The menu is vast, the pasta and classic dishes are flavoursome and good size portions. You can't go wrong, well worth the visit. We will be back.
