Our waiter, Marcin, was incredible! Impeccable 5* service from him —fast, accurate, friendly, charismatic. However, the host was not so great. I was with my mother, an OAP, and we asked to sit inside as she was cold. It was 3pm so not busy at all — there were LOADS of tables free inside. But she told us that they were all booked up and we had to sit outside. Lies. Not one table came and sat there the whole time we were there. Disgusted with that — don't lie to your customers.
