Zizzi have some very tasty food. I especially like their chicken calebrese, but their pizza are also great. We tried their new goats cheese and honey bread which was very tasty. Kid-friendliness: Good range of kids options.

After a long day I decided to visit here as the restaurant was closed last time I was at Resorts. Was somewhat (poorly to be honest) greeted by a Lady called Ellie, I know restaurants can be busy throughout the day, but one choosing to work in such environments should go in knowing what they'll face on a daily basis, therefore the level of service should be consistently great. At the time I was on the phone when she approached me, I did move it away to respond directly to her, but she seemed like she wasn't bothered and informed me of the 45 minute delay in receiving my order. I sat down and was served by a young gent, gave him my order, and it was made within 15 minutes, so there wasn't a 45 minute delay after all. I ordered the picante but there was no rocket leafs for the topping, and I wasn't made aware of this, if I had known you're out of any toppings, I'd have gone for another pizza, I can only guess the waiter made an error here, maybe he's new or maybe a long day, but he was respectful in his approach nonetheless. Ellie happened to serve everyone else as normal, but I guess I was the problem.

Service was good as it pays to sit next to the waiters station. Starter: calamari was rubbery & soggy. Rustica pizzas were awful. Cheap meats. Caramelised onion tasted like pickle from a jar & covered an entire 1/3 of my pizza. No one asked if our meal was ok & as we had waited an hour & we’re running late I didn’t say anything. But you would think some would wonder why 2 half pizza & drinks were left. My fault for letting it slide.

Food was amazing and the price is what you would expect, But the whole experience was ruined due to the staff and management not accepting Blue Light or MOD discount codes, after asking staff multiple times before sitting down and during the meal if the codes worked and being told yes they work throughout. When it came to pay we were met with a stern and un welcoming no and therefore the bill was a considerable amount more. The whole reason we chose to eat at this specific place was because of there offers and discount codes compared to the other choices in the area, overall disappointed.
