Had the worst customer service experience of my life with this company. My dress arrived 2 weeks later than agreed after having to do all the chasing myself, first calling them to ask when it would be ready only to be told to come into the store on two occasions to collect my dress that was not in the store or finished. On my second collection attempt I ended up on a 20 minute phone call with the manager yelling at me saying I was being unreasonable asking for a full refund for the waste of my time, petrol and stress at not receiving my item because I had said 'it wasn't urgent'. Apparently that meant it wasn't a priority no matter how many times I got in touch. I was only offered half my money back refund as she was still going to do the work even though I asked for the dress to be returned immediately. Now that I finally have my dress back the alterations are wrong and I will now have to go to another tailor. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this alternations company. They repaired my moncler jacket with a cigarette hole in it, I couldn’t find any other shop that would be able to repair. Also I needed to change a zipper for a bag and use the same zips that was already on, they provided me with the best services and listened to my inquiries. They truly are experts at their craft!

Brilliant friendly service- repaired a jacket for me - really neatly done. Not normally one for leaving reviews, but the repair on a favourite woollen jumper was so beautifully done that I had to share. It had 3 bad moth holes on the front which they’ve darned so carefully that I can’t see the join. Brilliant!
