    Whilst there is no denying that my nails look great after they are done here, or that my feet feel amazing, the staff are sadly lacking in any customer service skills. I have been going here over a year (after I was recommended), they never call you by your name, they never run on time (I once waited outside for over 30 minutes as there was no space in the shop), the staff DO not interact with their clients, but they speak amongst themselves in Vietnamese and giggle, which makes me wonder if they are talking about their clients. You never get offered a drink, even when we had the heatwave in the summer. Last time I went for acrylic infills and they used the electric sander, he actually caught the top of both of my thumbs. When I said "ouch that hurts" he did not say a word. The other client next to me asked if I was ok, which was really sweet of her. To summarise, great nails but DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE A SPECIAL CLIENT, OR TO BE PAMPERED! Services: Pedicure, Manicure, French manicures
