  This diet works! There is no doubt you will lose weight and you will lose it quickly but you have to stick to it! You adapt to this by making a short term commitment whilst on the diet and then modify how you eat going forward to avoid putting it back on. The team are amazing, John has so much knowledge about how this works and how your body responds and for me this is really useful. The clinic is exceptionally clean and the surroundings are welcoming and so are the team. Sue, Lois, Kelly and Maisie are lovely and make your weight loss journey as easy as possible. I’ve lost just under 3 stone in less than 3 months and feel amazing! I haven’t finished yet though! I was desperate to lose weight as the menopause has changed my body beyond recognition and i am so pleased I turned to these guys as I am feeling more like my old self and I have so much energy, I’m sleeping well and I love buying new clothes! 😄 It’s hard to know which weight loss journey to take but for me the only guaranteed way is this one! You won’t regret it!

  Wow. I left a voicemail with Ziba Clinic asking for nutritional support for my mum who has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. John (Director) called me back this evening and explained that Ziba wouldn't be suitable for my mum as its primarily a clinic that helps you to lose weight. He shown great compassion to my mums plight and clearly wanted to spend the time trying to educate on some helpful tips. His call has cheered me up a bit tonight....shows that there is still some humanity out there. He even asked for my address so that he could send out some do's and dont's in regards to sugar. Based on my interaction with John, all i can is that the Ziba clinic is being steered by a man with a good heart and compassion for others. Thank you, John.

  The Ziba clinic in Knowsley is so friendly, the staff are professional, encouraging and very helpful. The combination of the diet and the treatments Ensures the pounds and inches come off very quickly. I thoroughly recommend the Alevere weight loss program and the Ziba clinic.

  Great clinic, everyone really helpful, friendly and give you loads of support and motivation. The treatments are really good and work in conjunction with the diet. I've lost 2 stone 3lbs currently and I'm really glad I decided to give it a go.

  I needed to lose weight and had my wedding as motivation and although I have tried Weight Watchers and Slimming World that do work if you stick to them, I needed something guaranteed and each time I turned on the radio I heard an advert for Alevere. Then on the tube in London, I saw another advert for Alevere and saw it as a sign! That night I completed the contact form on line and within an hour or two, I received a phone call from the amazing Donna who explained the whole program to me. I had my doctors appointment two days later and started the on my journey a couple of days later. The team at Alevere Liverpool are extremely friendly, knowledgable and encouraging and after 7 weeks on the program I have lost 2 stone. I can’t believe the transformation but I feel fantastic. I’m not going to say that it is easy as you have to stick to it rigidly as there is no room for the odd biscuit or piece of chocolate but I will tell you that I am a chocoholic and I have no cravings as there are chocolate desserts to satisfy my sweet tooth. I have more energy than I have had for a few years and I know I will get to my target as this diet works! The therapists are amazing, they have encouraged me throughout the last 8 weeks and are genuinely happy for me each time I step scales and see a weight loss. Amanda has given me so many pieces of advice that I think about each day and keeps me focussed. I can’t thank everyone enough for their support, from the minute you walk in you feel part of something very special and this is special. It works if you are willing to put in the effort. There are no gym program to go with it, just eat the foods and the weight will come off...I know some people won’t believe and I guess I was very wary to begin with but with 10 pounds lost in my first week, I soon became a firm believer. I am still on the diet as I want to lose another stone and a half but I wanted to write a review for those people who really want / need to lose weight and want it guaranteed...this is for you! People have asked if it is expensive and I have told them that I only buy the Alevere food and a few vegetables, I’m not going out for meals or having takeaways so as long as you are committed and don’t waste your money by cheating, it is worth every penny. There are a number of different meals, snacks and drinks that ensure you are not hungry, the additional vegetables are important so make sure to you build them into you day and drink plenty of water. I hope this review encourages people to give it a go as you won’t be sorry.
