I am so happy I found Ziad London! From my first visit I was so warmly welcomed by the lovely Anna! She always makes me feel so special and valued as a customer. I was so unhappy with my short hair and wished to have them long again.also I wasn’t happy with my hair color. Anna and Itso advised me for the hair extensions, keratin treatment and new hair color. I can only say I have never been happier with my hair like now. Itso is an amazing artist, so talented, patient, friendly and professional. He is defiantly the best. Thank you so much guys for going the extra mile for your customers! Thank you Anna for making me feel so special! It really makes all the difference. I have also got my nails done by Camilla, who did a wonderful work and Itso also makes the best eyes-brows shaping! Ziad is 100/100 from customer service to excellent work! My partner won a full body massage and gratefully said I could take it instead of her. My experience was one which was very pleasant. Filipa the masseuse was great, she identified areas of tension and even when I said she could go harder on those particular areas she advised against it as she said my body wasn't ready for it. The massage itself was great, Filipa got me into a very relaxed state to the point I actually dozed off, I'm pretty sure I snored a few times. Filipa had told me previously that her clients do tend to fall asleep, I was hoping to buck the trend. The massage area was very nice, the music and the dimmed lights really add to the relaxed atmosphere which is definitely what you want when having a massage. Would I recommend Ziad yes I would, it's in a great location easy to find, but most importantly, based on my experience it's one you will thoroughly enjoy, you will definitely leave more relaxed than when you went in.

I went in finally, after doing some research, and at first I was in two minds, but they quickly bought me by their great customer service. They were very accommodating, and I felt welcome and that I’m in safe hands. I told her to do whatever she wanted with my hair (as I trust professional judgement given they’ve seen so many hairs and know what’ll work and what won’t) and I loved it. So happy with it, and would definitely go again. They’re pricey, but it’s in Knightsbridge so you sign up for what’s on offer…
