I was given a Groupon voucher as a present. I called them a number of times to make an appointment, they either do not answer the phone or when I did reach them, they would not make an appointment over the phone. I was asked to use their WhatsApp to make an appointment. According to their calendar there are no available appointments until 2023. The voucher expires on 26.10.22. Dealing with them is very stressful and defeats the objects of having an appointment with them.
