Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The owner took our money and failed to deliver any of the clothes ordered as promised and constantly lying. Unfortunately they were collected making a 300 mile trip. The clothes were sub-standard and poor quality. Also she is very rude and not professional at all. Wouldn't even recommend her to my enemies.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Ordered a wedding dupatta deep red scarf for bridal setting as seen on their Instagram page, it was around £150, but the scarf arrived completely different, there was no embellishments, no stone work and wrong embroidery and wrong colour! Looked like its worth only £30-40. HURENDOUS QUALITY. They are absolutely rude in service wise, they didn't want to take responsibly, and they didn't was to even give a tiny refund. Very rude staff argumentative staff. Do not buy from here the quality is not the same as seen in pictures its fake wear. HURENDOUS ruined the brides hopes and dreams.

Don’t even deserve the one star. Don’t use these guys. Unprofessional and scammers. Very nice with you until they get your money and then they go awol. Poor quality of clothes and nothing to what you ordered. Will not deliver on time and then lie. I have had to chase and chase and still didn’t get my outfit on time. 4 months on and no outfit and no deposit back. Disgusting place. Avoid at all costs!
