Food is ok but takes an hour just to recieve your order. Terrible service, communication and organisation especially from the owners who have no idea what they are doing. They ruined a friend's birthday. I would never recommend such a venue to anyone

I have visited Zeyas a few times but recently went for a birthday dinner and was welcomed with a friendly smile by the staff members and the food was amazing. My friends were all about how fresh and delicious the Suya/ pepper soup was. The general service was great and our needs were meant even though they had more guests than expected. The club downstairs had all the vibes needed for a great night. Great infusion of different delicacies and cultures.

Music was unnecessarily loud; I couldn't have a conversation with my friend. The whole ambience was chaotic - on top of the loud music, a saxophone player playing on top of the loud music - weird. They seemed more concerned about getting social media content than serving customers; the meal took an hour to arrive. The Crocker fish was just OK. My friend's G&T was watered down, she flagged it to the waiter, but they never gave her a replacement drink until we asked for it to be removed from the bill. The place has some promise, but it must improve its customer service. Social media will get people in the door but not translate to repeat customers if the service isn't up to par.
