Awful experience and would not recommend anyone use this company. Our vehicle went to zeuss for crash damage repair via our insurance company. When we finally got the vehicle back there was a huge array of issues. The paint was wrong and didn’t match the other panels. The paint work was extremely poor with imperfections visible to see even to someone like myself who is not in the trade. Also there was an area approximately an inch in size where the paint had bubbled, peeled and was down to the metal. On top of this another panel had sustained small paint damage from the bonet being forced against it in the crash, this was just left and not even attempted to be rectified. The bonet, wing and wheel arch trim were not fitted correctly and was obvious to the eye. The gaps between the bonet and wing was way out and the wing massively overlapped the bumper. They hadn’t bothered to paint the rivets when replacing the new wing. They failed to use anti corrosion when replacing the bonet. Under wheel arch trims we’re just flapping loose. Over spray on front grill and head light. And if all this wasn’t bad enough when returning the vehicle the engine light was flashing advising shut engine off due to no water. I popped the bonet and when I say there was no water it wasn’t just a little low it was completely bone dry there was not a drop in the expansion bottle but still they decided to continue to drive it to me with no water. The vehicle was rejected and rather than remain with the vehicle and recover it the driver simply left it partly blocking the road for the rest of the day and until recovery finally arrived the following morning. The vehicle went back with issues clearly highlighted but returned again repainted, still the wrong paint match and absolutely no attempt to rectify the body work issues. Shocking service shocking workmanship and not so much as an apology. When I tried to speak to a manager I was just fobbed off by being told there was no manager on site. Service: Painting

Completed repairs to a very poor standard, leaving obvious blemishes on newly painted wing as well as completly missing the repairs on another panel so had to refuse the car. The customer service team a very friendly however, failed to tell me exactly what repairs have been done on the car even once they said they had been completed. Wouldn't recommend.

Following a no fault accident my insurance referred me to Zeus Repairs, Maidstone. From the outset I was hugely impressed with their customer service. Polite and friendly staff who go above and beyond to accommodate customers. They picked up my car from the car hire shop and returned it in 3 days. The quality of the repairs was outstanding and they through in a complimentary car wash which was a lovely surprise. Bryony was highly efficient and kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs at every stage. She also arranged the delivery of my car to fit in with the timing of my hospital appointment!! The insurance company recommended this company to carry out the damage caused by a third party when my vehicle was parked in a public car park , as instructed I sent all the images to them clearly showing the damage to the O/S/F drivers door and wing, my vehicle was picked up and a week later returned with the damage still evident , plus more damage to the O/S/R wing and wheel arch. The vehicle was taken away again for another week , when returned it was repaired but the paint work very patchy , still in discussions with the company but would not recommend Service: Body & Trim
