Dreadful customer service and loyalty. Have been coming to them for over 13 years, but last time they failed to finish a job when they said they would. Plus didn’t follow any of the instructions I gave them, so had to re-do the entire job. Which meant my son didn’t have his kit ready for the beginning of school. Then, this time they over ‘charged (by double what they charged last time) When challenged why the prices were over double, the main guy was extremely abrupt and offhand.
