I’ve always loved this little independent shop in Crowborough and have used it often as I would much rather support a small local business but after todays experience I will not shop in there again. My partner was confronted by a staff member for not wearing a face covering, he explained that we are exempt but the member of staff decided to question us further so we said we would go elsewhere and left. Retailers do not have a right to segregate or discriminate, just because you can’t see a disability does not mean one does not exist so if you are exempt from wearing a face covering I would not recommend visiting this store.
