Been trying to contact them for a week. Phone, email, via their website form. Have now left a voicemail. Site seems well laid out but if I cannot speak to someone how can I go further? Should I go to the office in Richmond, will there be anyone there? Update: Still no response, seems like a shell company with a fake registered address. Not sure how many of the previous reviews are genuine or fake
