    I moved over from another clinic, the initial move was easy, sending all documents and setting up a appointment. Was lucky to have the same Dr for the first appointment, Dr wrote prescription but had to be checked by another Dr, after a time of missed or late phone calls they decided to change the prescription not checking items stock levels, I only received half my prescription, had to endlessly chase up to find out weeks later still not in stock, eventually came into stock but was now too short expiry date, I didn't end up receiving it, then to find seeds in half the flower, after 3 weeks of chasing finally have to send this back. Onto the 2nd prescription, booked a appointment to be called the next day to have to rearrange as there was a issue with the system, get to the appointment and now have to wait 25mins for the Dr to come online as he's late, I'm now 8 days after the appointment and the prescription has been written wrong and had to be redone, finally being sent to the pharmacy, during this I have send emails with no reply, phone calls which never get dealt with, or not even picked up. The staff on the phone are lovely but I need them to actually do something. I really hope my next prescription isn't this much hassle or I will be changing clinic again. Update. I'm now a month on, still don't have my medicine, complaints procedure has been ignored. I have seen better organisation from a business run out of a teenagers bedroom. I would avoid this clinic, I have finally had enough and will be moving clinic once again.

    The service could be a lot better. Having to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive my meds from ordering a repeat. It would make sense to have a doctor situated next door to a pharmacy like the NHS. We seem to be let down in this area of common sense. I admire the cause, but let's make it better.
