Excellent. I have attended the pregnancy and yoga class throughout my pregnancy. Not only is the yoga great for keeping me moving throughout pregnancy but Julie tailors the classes to individual needs and adapts moves to help with particular pregnancy niggles. Julie is extremely knowledgable and always offers great advise around pregnancy and beyond. I sleep so soundly after class - great place to meet other pregnant Mums feels like a therapy session.

I've been going to Zenw2 yoga for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The teachers are always super friendly, very professional and welcoming. Groups are small and intimate and a lot of individual attention is given to each participant. Prices are competitive compared to other yoga classes I've attended over the years, and I've been to many! After each class I feel like I've had a good work-out, at the same time I'm relaxed and ready for the rest of the week. If you're considering joining, don't look any further!
