I deeply regret paying £18k for a printer from Zenoffice. It has destroyed my business & I'm left with a 600lb printer that puts random dots on every sheet. This is despite replacing all of the drums & the machine has only done 10k clicks in 2 years when it's supposed to be able to handle 90k a month. It takes at least 20 sheets of expensive paper to get 1 poster where the dots are in positions they can't be seen. I feel buying the machine has literally ruined my life, had severe effects on my mental health & I am reliant on universal credit now whereas I had 70k a year turnover prior to getting this machine. I would advise anyone not to get a Xerox printer because they're not very good & Xerox don't care in the slightest. I dread using the machine because I know there'll be issues using it & that then makes me angry for spending so much on the machine when it just wastes vast amounts of paper.

Have always been happy using Zen, never any troubles with deliveries, but recently they have changed suppliers and since then haven't really been happy with them, they are good on price but terrible on who they use as a supplier
