I recently sold my flat in Leeds with Zenko, Tobias and Zenko were excellent throughout. I had a few delays with my buyer and it looked like everything might fall through but Zenko were good at finding out what was happening and trying to get all the parties lined up for what was ultimately a successful sale. Probably the best thing is that you can get in touch with them whenever you need and get a quick response, unlike some bigger or more internet based agents. The fees are also competitive so I really would recommend them.
