One of the worst debt collection companies I have ever come across. Debt recovery plus in disguise and Zenith add on naughty extra fees even though they are basically debt recovery plus. Got charged by them for failure to validate a parking ticket at the McDonald's Gatwick even though barriers weren't working properly at the time and they knew this. Won't be getting a penny from me. Extremely rude call centre staff and very abusive when you try to have a civil conversation with them. All they do is abuse you and make empty threats.

Absolute scum. DRP are also pathetic, ignorant unprofessional bunch of cowboys. Worse than second hand car dealers. I agree with the other reviews. Listen people.......their threats have no weight in law. If you notice, the original ticket you received was ' an invoice' for parking charges. It was priced at an unreasonable level such as £60 for 10 minutes....right? and was not made visible or placed at a reasonable height so you missed it, therefore you are within your rights to dispute it. Most of the time they are trying it on. They have been chasing me now for almost a year and the price to settle up , keeps falling. Not a great negotiation tactic. It will never be passed to a law firm because there is insufficient return in it for them. Also in my case I had a legitimate ticket for parking which they failed to notice, but because they are utter cowboys they never respond to any contact or correspondence. They are total morons. Here's what to do: keep ignoring the threats and eventually all these kind of parking pondlife will disappear as they will never get paid. Solicitors will never get involved. They have no legal justification for their claims so just ignore the letters. They work only on bulk and hope that around 20% of punters will pay up. Eventually they sell the 'debt' for (I'm guessing) 5% of its face value to another crooked company and try again...
