An average place. Not so much to expect. It has a nice location and the rooms are perfect for one person but the place is dirty and has an awkward smell. Also, you cannot make use of the kitchen. If you are looking for something that is not too pricey and won’t mind the discomfort of not having a kitchen then it is a good place for you. Easy access to bus routes and shopping centres like Tesco and Aldi. It was a fair experience being here.

This is the definition of profiteering. We knew we were staying in university halls but honestly it was appalling. The rooms were barely clean, we were told we needed to take out our own rubbish when we left, not even hand soap in the bathroom and only one towel per room even though we had booked a double. The rooms themselves can't really be counted as a double, on checkin we were told repeatedly by the front desk that they were too busy and didn't have time to answer anything. The main phone number also connects to an agent who doesn't answer the phone!

This is not an en-suite it’s basically poor low standard student accommodation the bed is squeezed in the chair and table or cheap and room has a funny smell the windo is awkward so won’t let in breeze as it opens upwards the walls are thin there’s no space to walk around the bed it should never be advertised for 2 people sharing and the customer service with the company is disgusting the lady was rude and unhelpful and refused to let me know when the manager was next on shift very ignorant and i empathetic the cleanliness of the room looks fine but close up theres cobwebs in the window smudges in the bathroom and the bed sheets smell DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM amd they expect you to park across the road out of sight from the building a good 5 minute walk or at the local hospital with no discount offered for parking charges i have never been so disappointed
