I have twice had Zendrill Scaffolding come to my home to put up and take down scaffolding. The first time I was alerted to their presence was when I saw a grown man looking at me through my first floor bedroom window as I stood there naked. The guys from Zendrill had arrived early and just put up the scaffolding without any warning. Although disturbing, this was to be the least of the issues. As the scaffolding was erected, they covered up my satellite TV so I had television for half a day. My partner, who had decided to wash her curtains, spent an hour or so plugging up her window with soft toys and sheets to retain some of her privacy. The scaffolding remained in place for over two weeks before I was disturbed at 7.40am one Sunday morning. I awoke to the sound of hammering about 1 metre from my head as the guys were dismantling the scaffolding right outside my bedroom window. On this occasion I lost my temper and ordered the man off my property and told them to come back at a decent hour. They returned at 8.30am! This was a few months ago and now, I have scaffolding outside my window again. The reason for it's presence was a broken roof tile. This was fixed nearly two weeks ago but the scaffolding is still here. Zendrill employees have been rude and bordered on intimidation when confronted about their unsatisfactory service. They are probably using my property as free storage for their scaffolding equipment until it is needed at the next job. As it stands, it's a burglar's wet dream as there is a ladder from ground level up to mine and my neighbour's windows. I would recommend that no one has anything to do with this firm. They have zero concept of customer service, to the point that even their phone number is switched off. Seriously, try calling them on the number from their website, it's a joke! If anyone from Zendrill reads this (which I doubt), you need to come and remove the scaffolding at 28 Foord Road, Lenham immediately. If not I will assume it's abandoned and sell it for scrap metal.
