    They discontinued the 365 subscription. They did send one or two emails but they didn't look very authentic and were assumed to be spam. For a customer who spends a considerable sum annually then I would have at least expected a phone call to warn me that our emails were about to stop.

    Useless internet, the speeds we were told we would get are way off what we actually get company no help at all just happy to take our money for a service not fit for use. I didn’t think it actually possible to get internet as slow as they provide us. Also worth mentioning is the complete lack of any sort of stability with their network, complete drops of connection every 10-15min and when playing games absolutely brilliant ping spikes that I’ve seen go all the way up to 2000ms which is perfect for a great gaming experience. You may be asking yourselves if it’s that bad why didn’t you cancel during the cooling of period? Because during that time it was actually alright but now that’s done and we’re stuck with them it’s turned to complete garbage. In all honesty 1 star is generous, should be less and would be less if it was possible.

    terrible experience. i was given 12 hours notice for my installation, of course this wouldn't work for anyone with a job. i cancelled the appointment minutes after i recieved the text as i couldn't book the day off work with 20 mins notice, i was then told that i needed to give 48 hours notice for a cancelation and i have been billed £90 + Vat!! completely rediculous. Follow up: New appointment set for 30/01/23 between 08:00 and 13:00, after i was forced into paying the cancellation fee. Booked no work in for the morning (self employed) and waited until 5pm, guess what... no one shows up! new appointment made for 01/02/23. complete joke of a company. so far due to the incompetence of this company i have lost out on: -£108 missed appointment charge -1 day's earnings -no internet for 3 days so massive loss to sales for the company -not even an apology! avoid at all costs.

    Fantastic! Faultless set-up, one failure of the line in 2.5 years and was fixed quickly with regular informative updates being provided. Price has not increased despite many price rises elsewhere - Well done Zen!
