My partner and I came across Zella embroidery when we were looking for someone to do our wedding attire. The main guy Mohammed requested upfront payment for all 12 items, this was paid to him at least 3 months prior to the wedding. He had not begun making anything until the week of the wedding! The Day before the wedding we went to pick up our items and he was requesting more money. What for I don't know. He had mixed up orders, done wrong sizes, made things that weren't asked For, put material on shirts where it shouldn't have been and he stole at least 4 pieces of 6yard materials. He refused to hand over the groom's attire along with 4 of the bridesmaids dresses until he received more money which of course we were unwilling to pay. I called him to straighten this out and he was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. This is the day before our wedding. We had bridesmaids unable to wear dresses they had already paid for and a very heartbroken groom. The whole situation was diabolical. I urge you to AVOID this man and his business at all costs. He is a conman. I have been told by his colleagues who have now left him, that we were not the first customers he had done this to and we probably won't be the last. If I could give Zero stars I would. He needs to be shut down and then blacklisted to prevent him from doing this to people.
