Before my MLD appointment I had been suffering with sinus tension, lingering headache and was low in energy . Zélie explained what would happen during the appointment and the areas she would be working on. She was very calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. The massage itself was very gentle and relaxing but I felt the results were quite powerful. Following my appointment I felt light and relaxed with any signs of a sinus headache disappearing. I also felt my mood had lifted and I continued to feel that throughout the day. I would highly recommend Zélie and MLD and I cant wait for my next treatment. I will also be taking my son who suffers with congestion due to allergies - I think it will be a preventative measure before hayfever season!
