If you are reading this review, I highly recommend you book your appointment right now before the appointments are taken. Why? Because after 23 years of annually visiting a high street optician who I thought was good at looking after my eyes seemed to become very complacent, I wanted a second opinion. Secondly I also had become highly sensitive to acetate & nickel glasses frames & with ZERO options at well known high street option remembering the highly recommended Zeidan’s in Tamworth it was. Blown away from the moment I was beautifully welcomed on arrival in the most amazing work place I have ever had the privilege of visiting down to the extensive and deeply thorough eye examinations & scans that I professionally received from the extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous Maz. This is truly a gem to find in Tamworth and one that I will now cherish and call my forever Eyecare provider. Also, the choice of frames….. I have no words other than I enjoyed every second being in the highly competent care with honest advice of the most amazing off the catwalk styles I ever knew existed. My mind has been completely blown & I am truly grateful to you all. Thank you for making the routine extraordinary & I am bursting with excitement to see you on collection day. Since changing hands this place has gone from best to worst, the specs that I had from the new owners I have to take off to see the subtitles on TV! and my wife has been having sore eyes and eye strain. We will not be goin back.

I’ve been treated by Zeidan’s for 22 years now, since I was 2 years old. From when Mr Zeidan was the lead consultant to now Maz, the entire team( all the fab ladies downstairs ) has always been nothing but amazing. I have a bit of a complex condition and they have always given me the very best care, if not gone above and beyond to always ensure I get the best treatment. I would never go anywhere else, you aren’t just another customer to them, they make you feel part of a family. I could not recommend them enough!

Quite simply brilliant. A very modern eye test (in my experience) with a really nice guy who diagnosed my prescription very efficiently and it was checked a couple of times for my peace of mind. Plenty of frames to choose from, including designer ones. Finally, the staff were great, very personable, and I appreciated their honest advice throughout the whole process. JH

Came here 3 years ago after having a bad experience elsewhere, and Maz was amazing! There was no appointments but he stayed to see me as I was so anxious after leaving the other opticians I went to. He was very informative and I now wouldn't go anywhere else. We've moved away from Tamworth now but I still returned today a 45 minute drive to come here. Highly recommend! Maz is fantastic. Have been taking my children to Zeidan Eyecare for years. I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else. Staff are fabulous, always helpful, friendly - nothing is too much for them. In approx 10 years and two children I have never had a problem that couldn't be sorted Have never been dissatisfied.
