    A very very bad company to go for insurance .three days been spent all day calling waiting for live chat also sent email to change of vehicle registration .but no luck neither live chat response good .I would never go for this insurance company again even if they are cheap still I am no where still yet .so sad for there poor contact service.... sameena zego owner just give you case number rest is still there nothing come up no live chat different .very disappointed it's been 8days my husband sitting home bec he needed to change of vehicle details to drive 😡

    Very unprofessional! Worst company I ever worked with, they don’t care at all about their customers, tried to contact them for over a week and takes over three hours on hold if your lucky to make any changes or even cancel your police. Untrained staff, wrong charges, you can’t contact the company by phone, chat or email. Avoid this company. They don’t deserve our money.

    Very poor customer service. I have been on the line more than an hour and I am still waiting for someone to answer my call. You charge a lot from customers and trying to save money by putting a few stuff to answer the bloody phone!!!! Instead of saving money by doing this you will loose people like me and other people as well!!!!!
