  To summarize this hotel experience: If you're lucky, you'll have a nice stay If you're not, like me, you won't. They can't guarantee quality in all the rooms. I was staying with family, so we had 2 rooms. I had 2 very serious problems in mine( light wouldn't turn off, shower water wouldn't drain), while my aunt didn't have any. They did fix the light situation, upon complaint, however, we had to go down the reception about the shower again. This time, i believe the manager was there, and he gave us a new room. This one thank God, works. But like. If you can't guarantee quality standards for all the rooms, don't bother opening up the business.

As camas muito confortáveis, climatizado. Só a parte de não providenciar café da manhã. Mas não é algo que desmereça todo o conceito da hospedagem. Super bem localizado no centro de Londres, tudo muito perto, desde ponto turísticos, restaurantes,cafeterias lojas e pontos atrativos. Os funcionários todos muito simpáticos com disposição a ajudar nas dúvidas e no que for preciso, eu tive uma ótima experiência com o funcionário Mike, super atencioso, o que foi um alívio na hora de tirar dúvidas por ter alguém que fale português. No mais, eu super recomendo, experiência única.

  Didn't even end up using the room - and I wasted close to $300. The staff was very unhelpful, and I was very shocked to see that there were no windows in any of the rooms. That is not explicitly listed anywhere on their website, and I felt incredibly unsafe staying there -- not to mention the room was also dirty and there was hair on the floor. I left after seeing the room and discussing my options with the front desk. There was a 5-star Hilton for the SAME price just down the road. I feel completely cheated and I wasted a ton of money and stress. Do not stay here!
