What makes me loyal to Zel is first of all the trust, second is the knowledge. She’s knowledgeable and genuine in her advices. For example if I wish to have a certain look/style. She can tell me yes it can be done but we should use this type of system etc. Or she tell me no I won’t advise that because of this and that... She also cares about how I’m gonna take care of my hair in order to maintain the look. I always have fun with Zel. She’s a truly artist..
