Two times ordering both exactly the same yet both deliveries were completely different could have been two different restaurants. The first time was great, good size portions with plenty of sauces and sundries. The second time ridiculously small portions half the amount of sauces with bland tasting food. A real shame I thought there was finally a decent delivery in Harrogate.

Whenever my partner and I fancy a takeaway Indian, we go here. The last couple times, it's not been as good as it used to. The containers were scolding hot, but the curries were lukewarm at best. Our garlic naan was severely lacking in garlic (it is normally pretty decent), and the naan was fridge cold - not room temp cold, but like it had been next to like a cold can of pop or something from another order maybe? To say it arrived 20-25 minutes after ordering, I'm so surprised the curries were that cold. Maybe they didn't keep it heated while they waited for the driver to pick it up, maybe the drivers car was cold, maybe he has multiple orders in the car and some had some cold pop cans with it, but it is a bit disappointing, as I had high hopes from the hot containers. I think we're going to try elsewhere for a while. Deffo lost some loyal customers from our experiences over the last few months. Hope it improves.

I’ve been using Zara spice for years, I think the food quality depends on the mood of the guys in there. Today was shocking asked all the meat was the wrong meats and over cooked. Tried speaking to the man on the phone but was unbelievably rude and didn’t care less

Had to pay £2.50 for an unpaid Royal Mail delivery, turns out it was a menu from Zara Spice that was sent without any postage. Not happy about paying £2.50 for the privilege of receiving your junk mail!!

Bland food, probably the worst curry I've had in Harrogate.

Terrible food and very rude staff. DO NOT waste your time going here at all. Also received a message off royal mail asking for £2.50 for a letter to be delivered the other day as the postage hadn't been paid. So I paid it. Ended up being a flyer from this place. Awful business practice.

We received a post office slip for underpaid postage, paid £2.50 just to get one of their flyers in a envelope with no stamp! Absolutely ridiculous
