    I joined Zara’s group training sessions after a long spell of no exercise and wanted to get back to being fit and healthy. The group sessions have been great for this as they aren’t too long (30 mins) but you get so much out of them. I train with 3 others and we all have different fitness levels but Zara adapts the exercises to cater for each of our abilities, pushing us to improve week on week with a genuine desire to get us the results we’re each aiming for. If you’re looking for a PT who’ll get the best out of you then I have no hesitation in recommending Zara.
