    Booking process and response time were very good via Instagram. However the experience itself wasn’t so good. Practitioner was extremely unfriendly and made it clear she didn’t wish to converse. My lips were lopsided which I noticed on the day but i was quickly told it was swelling. I was offered the chance to go back and get it fixed but it wasn’t made clear wether that would be charged or free, also didn’t want to go back after the experience given the first time. The practitioner had her child with her who was really disruptive, baring in mind I had needles in my lips and was already very nervous. The price point was high in comparison to other places which I was fine with had the experience lived up to the amount I paid. But that certainly was not the case. Afterwards there was no customer service, when I replied to the practitioner saying I didn’t feel comfy coming back my message was ignored. There no apology given. Just felt the bare minimum was done in terms of professionalism and customer service. Definitely would not go back nor recommend to anyone.
