2nd time it's recently happened in a few months.(Has happened before a long while ago) Need a new bag checker!!! Order with a dish missing, part of someone's meal. After a call, they will send it out. Two calls chasing, over half hour later the missing dish arrives. Everyone else has eaten. Very frustrating. Can't fault taste of dish. Just don't expect it all to arrive! Just poor service and regular missing items.

Absolutely disgusting kept hanging up when we phoned for a delivery. Finally picked up was rushed on the phone when placing order. Was told 1 hour delivery. 2 and a half hours later still no food. Kept phoning. When it finally came cold and missing 3 things. Not using again. Would not recommend

Zara has been my go to for many years since moving to the area. However, the last time we ordered my wife ended up feeling very rough the next day. We wrote it off as a bad experience as usually the food is superb. This time however, we have both ended up very ill following our meal from Zara. Unfortunately, once is mistake but twice is a trend. Definitely been put off from ordering again.

Zara has always been our go to Indian, and we have been loyal customers since they opened. However, our most recent takeaway was very disappointing, the food was very dry, portions significantly reduced and padded out with potatoes. This is on top of the rise in price. Feel very sad about this.
