Always amazing service with Jasmine, cannot fault her. She is kind, patient, funny and makes me very comfortable. I am autistic and have always struggled with hair cuts but I genuinely look forward to them now and always think she helps with advising on style and does an amazing job with my hair. Andreea is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She has cut and coloured (balayage) my hair twice now and I have been delighted with what she has done. She talks me through everything she does and is so knowledgeable. My thick, wavy long bob can be challenging to style but she gets it perfect. I couldn’t recommend her anymore. I went to zappas for the first time today, I saw the lovely Kate who took her time she asked me how I wanted my hair, she looked at how the condition was recommended a treatment, I had a relaxing wash while using the massage chair, what a treat and then had a brilliant cut. what a lovely experience, the staff are so nice, the salon is light and airy and your made to feel very welcome. Kate is an excellent hairdresser very passionate and funny . I have made my second appointment cant wait to come back thankyou Kate.
