    Used Zapp twice. The first time my order was delivered to someone else. Now, the ETA was 20 mins. It’s been 1 hour and 20 mins and still no delivery. Zero customer service. Terrible company. Will stick to Gorillas in future.

    Abysmal customer service - order was marked as delivered when it wasn’t, the customer support agent on the chat lied and said it had been ‘left downstairs’ and then when queried on this the agent changed their mind and said the courier was on their way back with with order. The order never arrived and all they offered was £5 in credit. The worst delivery service like this in London.

    Service was very appalling, I ordered some shopping from here. There was an issue with delivery and the driver was very unhelpful and rude. He could hardly speak English and when I asked him why he wasn’t able to deliver my items, he didn’t bother even trying to explain to me. He just said contact support. I’m very disappointed in the service and I haven’t been contacted by customer service or refunded.
