I just had to leave a review for this place as they were superstars and helped me out in a bind. I had brought my sister a print for Christmas and had got a frame to go alongside the gift. Unfortunately, the print didn't quite match up to the mount inside the frame. Went into ZanArt to see if they were able to help me. They were absolutely fantastic and offered to cut the mount so that the whole print was showing in the frame! They did it there and then and definitely saved me a stressful task of having to return the frame and buy another one! Best of all, they didn't charge me for the service! Would 100% recommend them as their customer service was exemplary, even though I hadn't bought the frame from them! Will defo be back! Thanks guys - my sister loved the present!

Great communication, quality work, and accommodating of unusual circumstances. I reached out to them to have a photo frame put together for some friends that my fiancée and I visited over the summer who live nearby. We wanted to have some of our trip photos printed and mounted to remember the occasion, but we live in the U.S., so it was a bit more complicated than popping over to the shop and placing an order. Regardless, they worked with me to get it made and one international phone call later, it was paid for. Our friends love the finished piece and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. If I weren’t an ocean away, I’d gladly go back to them more often!

Sally and I made to feel very welcome here. They're re-purposing a frame for me to fit a very large picture (bigger than A1 sized) that was printed off a glass plate photograph taken during the Ernest Shackleton exhibition in the eighteen hundreds. Tamara and Holly very friendly, professional and helpful too. Prices are reasonable. They've framed many pictures, certificates and awards for me over the years. Highly recommended company!
