Amazing service from the team especially our soon to be tour guide for Hajj this year (I'A) brother Tahmid Ahmed Choudhury! This brother was a true pillar of support throughout the whole stressful process of using the Nusuk platform to book our packages. He was answering to messages and calls - early hours to late nights! Thats how dedicated he and his team have been in helping us. Thank you so far so good Alhamdulilah! Will give an updated review once my parents are back from Hajj with their verdict I'A. Great service and excellent communication. It was our best umrah during Ramadan. From the get go they answered all our questions and were brilliant throughout. A big shout out to Fahim who looked after us through the whole journey. Nothing was too much off a ask. Great breakfast and ziyarahs booked for us. Great hotels with good locations. Alhumdulliah jus got back from umrah with zamzam travels and what an amazing journey it has been. The brothers within this team especially Faheem who came with us on the trip made it so easy for us especially at a time during ramadhan. The hotels at Madina and Makkah had great service for what we had paid Alhumdulliah . Honestly may allah reward brother Faheem who went out his way numerous time whether it was calling me or coming to my hotel room to check up on me to see how everything was going. Would definitely recommend and use zamzam travels in the near future again Inshalah.

Booked with Zam Zam Travels for the middle 10 days of Ramadan. Despite it being at a peak period, prices were reasonable with great-value hotels. Before we went we bombarded brother Shareef with multiple questions that he answered with patience and professionalism. During the trip, we were joined by Brother Fahim who answered a lot of fiqh-related questions regarding the Umrah, he even got multiple opinions from scholars. Brilliant service mashallah. I would never hesitate to book with them again inshallah.

Thank you to Fahim and his team, could not have asked for a better service or people. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was great not too far from masjid al haram. Fahim and his team went out of their way to help when when we needed it most. I cannot thank them enough, Allah bless them. May Allah grant them more success in their business and help them help muslims around the world to perform their Ummrah and Hajj.
